Job Description: We are seeking a talented and results-driven Ads Manager to lead and execute our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. As part of our dynamic digital marketing team, you will strategize, launch, optimize, and analyze ad performance to ensure maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Optimize campaigns for performance, budget efficiency, and lead quality. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing. Monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy. Maintain a strong understanding of PPC trends, bidding strategies, and platform updates. Develop and manage monthly ad budgets and forecast performance trends. Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor strategies. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. Proficiency with Google Ads , Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) , and LinkedIn Ads . Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics , Hotjar , or similar. Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital funnel strategies. Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation is a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
