About the Role

Performance Marketer

The ideal candidate is numbers-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled at turning business objectives into high-performing campaigns. You will own end-to-end campaign management, from ideation to execution, while ensuring tracking accuracy, creative testing, and clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end-to-end campaigns on

  Meta & Google Ads

  , ensuring business goals (HQ leads, conversions, visibility) are met.
• Own

  tracking accuracy

  (GA4, GTM, UTMs) and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Translate business objectives into

  budget splits, funnel plans, and testing roadmaps

  .
• Collaborate with the creative team to design, test, and scale ad creatives.
• Conduct

  regular performance reviews

  , reporting wins, losses, next tests, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with clients through

  weekly/monthly review meetings

  to share performance updates and align on strategy.
• Maintain structured campaign setups, disciplined naming conventions, and clean dashboards.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of hands-on experience

  in performance marketing.

• Agency experience

  is a must.
• Proficiency in

  Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Strong understanding of

  business models and ROI-based thinking

• Experience managing both

  B2B and B2C clients

  .
• Analytical mindset with

• Ability to work independently and manage
