Location: Annasalai, Chennai (On-site, 5 days/week)
Experience: 5+ years overall (min. 3 years in Workfront/Fusion)
Compensation: Up to ₹25 LPA
Work Hours: Standard IST with occasional overlap till 10:30 PM IST (early EST)

Role snapshot
Own Adobe Workfront administration and build Fusion automations at enterprise scale for a global MNC program. You’ll streamline intake-to-delivery workflows, integrate key systems, and drive reporting that improves execution.

What you’ll do

• Administer Workfront: portfolios/programs, templates, request queues, custom forms, roles/permissions, SSO.
• Design, build, and maintain Fusion scenarios (connectors, REST APIs/webhooks, error handling, monitoring).
• Integrate Workfront with tools like Jira/ServiceNow/CRM/Adobe Experience Cloud/Slack/Teams.
• Create dashboards and reports for capacity, SLAs, and delivery health.
• Translate business needs into configurations/automations; run UAT, training, and documentation.
• Govern best practices (naming, templates, intake standards, change control) and troubleshoot production issues.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years hands-on with Workfront admin and Fusion development.
• Strong API/JSON/OAuth fundamentals; scenario design and error-handling expertise.
• Stakeholder-facing communication and process mindset.
• Nice to have: Adobe/Workfront certifications, JavaScript/scripting, Workfront Proof.
