As a Lead Adobe Analyst Engineer, your role involves leading digital analytics initiatives with a focus on Adobe Analytics. Your responsibilities include: - Leading the reporting on Adobe Analytics across digital platforms - Creating dashboards/reports to identify patterns, provide insights, and support business goals - Validating and troubleshooting analytics data to maintain reporting accuracy and consistency - Collaborating with stakeholders to define tracking requirements and KPIs - Staying updated with Adobe product updates and digital analytics best practices - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior analytics engineers You bring the following expertise to the table: - Expertise in Adobe Analytics, including hands-on experience with Analysis Analytics, Segments, Calculated Metrics, and KPI tracking to build advanced reporting - Statistical Knowledge, encompassing hypothesis testing, regression analysis, confidence intervals, and time series modeling to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights - Data Accuracy Champion, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to validating and troubleshooting analytics data for reporting integrity - BI/Analytics Savvy, with a working knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau to complement Adobe data and drive holistic insights - Strategic Thinking, enabling you to translate business goals into technical tracking plans and analytics strategies for measurable impact In terms of qualifications, you should have: Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - 6+ years of experience in digital analytics, focusing on Adobe Analytics - Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Analytics, including Workspace, Report Builder, and Analysis Workspace - Proven ability to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot tracking issues - Solid experience with Omniture and its integration with Adobe Analytics - Familiarity with BI/Analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Qualifications: - Adobe Analytics certification - Experience with JavaScript and web technologies for custom tagging solutions - Exposure to cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure - Knowledge of customer journey analytics and attribution modeling,
