On-site (Okhla Phase 2) | Full-time | Monday–Saturday (9 AM – 6 PM)
Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA

Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-ownership, fast-learning, and efficient professional to manage both admissions-related tasks and day-to-day client operations. You must be able to handle multiple clients simultaneously, communicate clearly, and drive each case to timely completion with accuracy and leadership.

Note: Guidance will be provided for the technical/hard skills. However, the behavioural and soft skills listed below are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple student and professional cases at once with strong prioritization.
• Support international admissions: profile evaluation, university shortlisting, interview preparation.
• Assist professionals applying for EB-1, O-1, NIW, and other merit-based visa categories.
• Contribute to research writing: idea refinement, structuring, and publication readiness.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication and strong client relationships.
• Ensure smooth operational flow across all assigned cases with timely execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen our admissions and research processes.

Who Should Apply

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent English communication (writing + speaking).
• Strong multitasking ability; able to handle many clients without losing accuracy.
• Fast learner with high attention to detail and process discipline.
• Leadership mindset, takes ownership and drives outcomes independently.
• Experience in admissions, visa consulting, or research writing is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
