This is a hybrid role where you will engage directly with students, guiding them through their study abroad journey, while also managing the operational aspects of applications, admissions, and visa processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring both student satisfaction and smooth backend operations, making you an integral part of our organization’s growth. Responsibilities Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad options, courses, universities, and career pathways. Assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs and institutions. Handle end-to-end application processes: course selection, university applications, documentation, and follow-ups. Assist students with interview preparation, SOPs, and financial documentation. Manage visa filing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements. Coordinate with universities, institutions, and internal teams to ensure timely progress. Maintain student records and track applications systematically. Support operational efficiency by managing daily tasks. Contribute to building strong relationships with students, parents, and partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline; background in Education, Management, or related fields preferred). 1-3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or education consultancy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of international education systems (Australia, Canada, UK, USA, etc.) is an advantage. Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace. A proactive, student-focused, and detail-oriented approach.

We are looking for an Admissions and Interview Support Specialist who will play a major role in preparing students for university and visa interviews, while also handling admissions and general operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who can build student confidence, conduct mock interviews, guide them on communication and presentation skills, and at the same time ensure smooth documentation, application management and backend coordination. You will directly impact student outcomes from interview readiness to final visa success.
