Admissions & Operations Executive

Success in this role means providing students with a seamless, supportive, and professional experience - from the first counselling session to the successful visa outcome. You will play a critical role in ensuring both student satisfaction and smooth backend operations, making you an integral part of our organization’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad options, courses, universities, and career pathways.
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs and institutions.
• Handle end-to-end application processes: course selection, university applications, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Assist students with interview preparation, SOPs, and financial documentation.
• Manage visa filing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with universities, institutions, and internal teams to ensure timely progress.
• Maintain student records and track applications systematically.
• Support operational efficiency by managing daily tasks.
• Contribute to building strong relationships with students, parents, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline; background in Education, Management, or related fields preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or education consultancy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of international education systems (Australia, Canada, UK, USA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• A proactive, student-focused, and detail-oriented approach.
