Admissions & Operations Executive

You will be responsible for managing both admissions-related tasks and day-to-day client operations at YMGrad. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing multiple student and professional cases simultaneously with strong prioritization. - Supporting international admissions by conducting profile evaluation, university shortlisting, and interview preparation. - Assisting professionals in the application process for visa categories such as EB-1, O-1, NIW, and others. - Contributing to research writing by refining ideas, structuring content, and preparing for publication. - Maintaining clear and consistent communication, as well as building strong client relationships. - Ensuring smooth operational flow across all assigned cases by executing tasks in a timely manner. - Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the admissions and research processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong multitasking ability with a focus on accuracy. - Fast learner with high attention to detail and process discipline. - A leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes independently. - Previous experience in admissions, visa consulting, or research writing is a plus.
