We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Admissions Officer to join our team. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for researching and assessing university requirements for students from various high school curricula, ensuring eligibility, and guiding them through the entire application process. You will play a key role in understanding the specific admission guidelines, timelines, and procedures for each university and curriculum, and provide students with accurate information to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

University Requirements Analysis:

• Review and analyze the admission requirements for a variety of international universities, specifically focusing on different high school curricula (IB, CBSE, ICSE, A-levels, AP, etc.).
• Stay up-to-date with changes in university admission policies, eligibility criteria, and academic prerequisites.

Application Guidelines and Processes:

• Research and compile application guidelines for various universities, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted in accordance with their specific requirements.
• Track the progress of each application, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that the students’ files are complete and ready for submission.

Eligibility Evaluation:

• Evaluate students' eligibility based on their respective high school curricula, identifying any gaps and advising on potential solutions, such as additional qualifications or preparatory programs.

Examination Registration and Procedures:

• Research and provide guidance on standardized exams required by universities, including but not limited to SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL, etc.
• Assist students in the registration process for relevant exams, ensuring that all required materials (fees, documents, etc.) are submitted.
• Guide students through exam procedures, including format, scoring, and preparation resources.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

-Collect and input detailed admission requirements for universities and courses.

-Regularly update and maintain the accuracy of the database.

-Collaborate with the tech team to ensure the data supports the eligibility checker tool effectively.

-Analyze data trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.

-Regularly test the tool and find gaps and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in university admissions, student counselling, or education consultancy, especially in the study abroad sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of various high school curricula (IB, CBSE, ICSE, A-levels, AP, etc.) and their respective eligibility for university admissions.
• In-depth knowledge of the application processes, eligibility criteria, and documentation required for international universities.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to navigate university websites and gather the latest admission information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing student records and ensuring all application requirements are met.
• Proficient in using office software (MS Office Suite) and experience with CRM systems or student management tools.
