As an Admission Associate at Corvuss American Academy, you will play a crucial role in driving student enrollment by engaging with potential students and families, guiding them through the admissions process, and building lasting relationships to support their academic and athletic aspirations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance our admissions efforts and ensure a seamless experience for applicants. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, admissions process management, counseling, networking, data analysis, and event coordination. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably within an educational setting. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve enrollment targets. A passion for education and sports, coupled with proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, will set you up for success in this position.
