Your responsibilities will include lead generation, admissions process management, counseling, networking, data analysis, and event coordination. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably within an educational setting. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve enrollment targets. A passion for education and sports, coupled with proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, will set you up for success in this position.
