Role Description

This is a full-time Admissions Officer role located on-site in Jodhpur. The Admissions Officer will oversee student enrollment processes by managing admission inquiries, providing information regarding programs, and offering excellent customer service throughout the application journey. Responsibilities include assisting students and parents with admission requirements, resolving inquiries, fostering positive relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet enrollment targets. The role also entails ensuring compliance with admission policies and maintaining accurate student records.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and assisting prospective students and families
• Experience or knowledge in International Admissions processes
• Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse audiences
• Customer service skills to provide a high-quality experience for applicants and their families
• Background in education or similar sector is an advantage
• Proficiency in using digital tools and maintaining accurate records is preferred
