Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Officer located in Bhilwara. The Admissions Officer is responsible for providing guidance to prospective students through the admissions process, evaluating student applications, managing inquiries, and maintaining strong communication with prospective students and their families. The role also involves delivering best-in-class customer service, explaining educational programs, and maintaining accurate records to ensure admissions-related tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skills for engaging with students and parents
• Experience or knowledge in International Admissions processes and handling education systems
• Proven Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide a positive admissions experience
• Knowledge or experience in the Education sector, with an understanding of test-prep programs or student recruitment being advantageous
• Ability to work on-site in Bhilwara, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and database management
