Your responsibilities will include: - Responding promptly to inquiries from prospective students and parents via email, phone, or in person. - Providing detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, and the application process. - Reviewing and evaluating applications for completeness and accuracy. - Ensuring all required documents are received and processed efficiently. - Guiding prospective students and families through the admission process. - Addressing concerns, clarifying doubts, and providing personalized support. - Greeting and welcoming visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. - Handling incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about the organization. - Maintaining and updating records, logs, and files. - Managing appointment scheduling, conference room bookings, and basic administrative tasks. - Ensuring the reception area and office spaces are clean, organized, and well-stocked. - Coordinating with other departments for courier services, deliveries, and internal communication. - Handling customer queries and complaints professionally, maintaining a customer-friendly atmosphere. - Keeping a record of visitor logs and issuing visitor passes as required. - Following organizational protocols for safety and confidentiality.
