Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, located in New Delhi. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information on programs, eligibility, and services offered by YES Germany. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, assisting with the documentation process, coordinating with universities, and resolving student inquiries. The role also involves maintaining contact with students for updates and follow-ups and ensuring a supportive and informed admissions experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with students and stakeholders.
• Customer Service skills to provide high-quality support and address inquiries efficiently.
• Sales and Education-related knowledge to counsel students on programs, benefits, and opportunities effectively.
• Problem-solving aptitude and organization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in any field (relevant fields preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in education counseling or similar roles is a plus.
• Knowledge of German education systems or processes is advantageous.
