Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Kunnathunad. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process for our courses, providing information, answering inquiries, and assisting with enrollment. Key responsibilities include interacting with potential candidates, assessing their program eligibility, delivering clear and professional communication, and achieving enrollment targets through active promotion and customer support.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Customer Service abilities to support and guide prospective applicants effectively
• Sales skills for promoting programs and meeting enrollment targets
• Familiarity with the Education domain, including admissions processes and program counseling
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, professional on-site environment
• Proficiency in managing inquiries and resolving concerns with clarity and empathy
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in counseling, education, or a related field is preferred
