About the role:-

Admission Counsellor

Responsibilites:-

• Meet prospective parents, handle all their queries, and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Manage CRM (Salesforce) reports and maintain accurate data records.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies in coordination with regional and head office teams.
• Achieve monthly admission targets consistently.
• Conduct withdrawal follow-ups to understand reasons and reduce attrition.
• Collect, organize, and manage enquiry data based on age groups and other parameters.
• Be comfortable traveling within the city to other centers if needed

Candidates Profile:-

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Psychology, Education, Arts, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Tally preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in admission counselling (preferably from a preschool, activity centre, or school).
• Strong understanding of the education sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, ethical, adaptable, and a strong team player.
• Open to travel locally as per business needs.
