Visit us: www.learnathonworld.com Role Overview: We’re seeking an enthusiastic Admissions Counselor to guide prospective students through our career-enhancing educational programs. If you love interacting with people, have a flair for sales, and are excited by the world of education and upskilling, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads from our inquiry database Counsel students on available courses and suitable career paths Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments Coordinate and support webinars, seminars, and career talks Maintain student relationships through timely and clear communication Update records using CRM tools like Zoho Assist in fee collection and admission documentation What We’re Looking For: ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills (spoken + written) ✅ Passion for education sales and student counseling ✅ Comfortable with outbound calling and meeting targets ✅ Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace & CRM tools ✅ Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Business/Education preferred) ✅ Freshers or 1–2 years of relevant experience in EdTech, counseling, or academic sales Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,649.17 - ₹27,533.26 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Application Question(s): What is your current or expected CTC per month?
