Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Pune. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information on courses and programs, and assisting with application procedures. Daily tasks include communicating with potential students, conducting interviews, giving campus tours, and collaborating with the admissions team to develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in Education sector or related field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
