About the Role

Whether you’re a fresher or have sales experience, we’ll train you to succeed in the rapidly growing EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80–100 calls daily to connect with potential learners
• Understand career goals and suggest relevant upskilling programs
• Conduct video counseling sessions
• Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets
• Update and manage leads in the CRM system

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• 0–3 years of B2C sales/telesales experience (any industry)
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and confident
• Graduate (any stream) – mandatory
