Role Description

We are seeking a UK Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The role involves providing personalized guidance to students aspiring to study in the United Kingdom. The counsellor will assist students in university and course selection, manage the entire admission and visa application process, and ensure timely follow-up with students and institutions. This is an on-site role based in Mohali district.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study options in the UK, including universities, courses, and career outcomes.

• Handle end-to-end admission processes including application submission, offer letter follow-up, and documentation.

• Guide students through the visa process, ensuring compliance with UK visa requirements.

• Conduct profile assessments and provide admission and scholarship advice.

• Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.

• Meet monthly enrollment and conversion targets.

• Participate in student outreach events, education fairs, and workshops.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Counselling, or a related field).

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in study abroad counselling, preferably for the UK.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of the UK education system, universities, and visa process.

• Customer service and sales experience is an asset.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
