Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information on programs, assisting with enrollment, and maintaining communication with students. The role also involves identifying prospective students via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions, and offering customer service to address inquiries and concerns about the academy’s programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Background in Education or a related field
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
