Role Overview

Admissions Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

🛫 Counsel prospective students and parents about MH Cockpit’s aviation programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.

🛫 Manage student inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

🛫 Conduct engaging counselling sessions and ensure a high conversion rate from lead to admission.

🛫 Build strong relationships with students, parents, and academic partners.

🛫 Collaborate with the marketing team to organise seminars, webinars, campus tours, and admission drives.

🛫 Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM or Excel for tracking and reporting.

🛫 Meet and exceed monthly admission and conversion targets.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Education, Aviation, or Business preferred).

✅ 1–4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales.

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

✅ Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

✅ Fluent in English and Hindi (Tamil is an added advantage).

✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
