You will be part of the student recruitment process at CHIREC International School, representing the school in various outreach efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Representing the school at fairs, open houses, school visits, and other recruitment events. - Developing and maintaining relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational consultants. - Conducting outreach efforts via phone, email, and social media to engage with potential applicants. - Guiding applicants through the admissions process, providing information about programs, deadlines, and requirements. - Reviewing and evaluating student applications, including transcripts, test scores, and recommendation letters. - Conducting interviews with prospective students and their families to assess fit and answer questions. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing campus tours, information sessions, and other admissions-related events, as well as assisting in the planning and execution of orientation programs for new students. You will work closely with faculty, staff, and other departments to coordinate recruitment and retention efforts. Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelors degree in education, marketing, communication, or a related field. - Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related role is preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with admissions software and data management tools is a plus. - Willingness to travel for recruitment events and work occasional evenings and weekends.
