Position: Admissions & CRM Manager Location: Bangalore Experience: 8+ years in admissions, sales, or customer relations (preferably in an education setting) Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, or related field About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic and people-focused Admissions & CRM Manager to lead parent engagement, drive school admissions, and enhance our brand visibility. This role combines relationship management, strategic outreach, and operational excellence to create a seamless and positive experience for prospective and current families. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on leads through school tours, referrals, events, and partnerships Build strong relationships with preschools, corporates, and residential communities Achieve admissions targets through effective communication and personalized consultations Coordinate parent engagement, onboarding, and orientation events Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and manage digital communications Maintain accurate records in the school management system (iSAMS) Track inquiries, conversions, and feedback for data-driven decisions What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in admissions, sales, or CRM, preferably in education Excellent communication, relationship-building, and multitasking skills CRM and MS Office proficiency; iSAMS experience is a plus Customer-centric mindset and ability to work collaboratively across teams Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
