Job Description

As a Team Leader in the overseas education sector, your primary role will be to lead and manage a team to handle high volumes effectively while maintaining service levels and operational efficiency to meet business objectives. You will serve as the lead contact point for admissions-related matters for designated partner centers, ensuring enrollment targets are met through student engagement and support. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and overseeing the application pipeline, ensuring smooth progress from application submission to Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). - Working closely with partner centers to provide admissions updates, address queries, and enhance operational efficiencies. - Ensuring compliance with admissions policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining a high level of customer service. - Identifying process improvements to streamline admissions procedures for partner centers. - Supporting the leadership of the overseas Admissions Team to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications. - Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on admissions policies and procedures. - Reporting on key metrics to colleagues and Senior Leadership Team and presenting these in regular meetings. - Proactively seeking improvements or efficiencies in systems and procedures to drive an increase in productivity and improve customer service. - Keeping up to date with regional qualification changes, sector development changes, and necessary regulations to ensure compliance at all times. - Developing a deep understanding of each student's educational and career background to recommend relevant courses. - Planning and managing your workload to ensure SLAs are achieved at all times. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you will also support in the planning and development of the Regional Recruitment, Admissions, and Conversion Strategy. You may be required to assist with any other duties within the scope and spirit of the job title.
