Position Title: Admission & Student Support

Timing: 8.30 AM - 4.30 PM (Alternative Saturdays off)

Job Summary: The Admissions & Student Support Officer plays a vital role in guiding prospective and current students through the application, enrollment, and study journey. This position supports the admissions process and provides ongoing academic and pastoral support to enhance student satisfaction, retention, and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student admission counseling, manage student grievances and ensure smooth support services.
Assist students with academic and non-academic queries.
Manage VGU NextGen PR initiatives.
Communicate admission decisions and enrollment procedures.
Maintain accurate student records and databases (e.g., CRM or SIS).
Act as the first point of contact for student welfare and support services.
Monitor student attendance and progression; flag at-risk students.

Qualifications and Experience:

BJMC / BBA + MBA (Female Preferred)
0 - 3 years of experience in relevant areas.

Skills and Competencies:

Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Accuracy in processing applications and handling student data.
Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS), CRMs, and Microsoft Office.
Works effectively with colleagues in admissions, academic departments, and support services.
