Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Understand student requirements and provide accurate program information.
  • Counsel students on course offerings, career outcomes, and enrollment processes.
  • Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, demos, and enrollments.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and student experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
  • Represent the brand professionally in all communications.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, customer service, or a similar role (Edutech experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and guide them accordingly.
  • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
