Job Title: Admission Officer / Education Counsellor Industry: Education / EdTech / Training Salary: Admission Officer (Male Candidates): Up to 6.5 LPA Education Counsellor (Female Candidates): Up to 4.5 LPA Role Overview: We are hiring dynamic and result-driven professionals for the roles of Admission Officer (Male) and Education Counsellor (Female) at our Surat center. The candidates will play a key role in guiding students through their academic journey, handling inquiries, and driving admission conversions. Key Responsibilities (Common to Both Roles): Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and follow-ups for admissions. Counsel prospective students and parents about available programs and eligibility. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admission conversions. Coordinate with internal teams for student onboarding and orientation. Achieve admission targets and prepare regular performance reports. Specific Role Notes: Admission Officer (Male Candidates): Expected to handle high-pressure admission cycles and front-desk operations. Will be involved in target-driven activities and institutional tie-ups if required. Should be comfortable managing large footfalls and events. Education Counsellor (Female Candidates): Focus on personalized student counseling and building rapport. May assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and school/college outreach programs. Requires a warm, empathetic, and student-first approach. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelors degree (any stream); preference for candidates from education or counseling background. Experience: Admission Officer: 25 years in education admissions, sales, or counselling. Education Counsellor: 13 years in counselling, support, or customer handling. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
