Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Counseling: Guide prospective students and their parents on overseas education options, including university/college selection, courses, and career pathways. This involves understanding their profiles and desired outcomes.
  • Application Management: Manage the complete admission cycle, including verifying documents, ensuring all requirements are met, and submitting applications to international partner institutions.
  • Documentation and Visa Assistance: Assist students in preparing essential documents like SOPs (Statements of Purpose), LORs (Letters of Recommendation), and resumes. Provide guidance on application procedures and the complex visa application process.
  • Sales and Target Achievement: Handle inquiries, convert leads into admissions, and meet monthly or weekly admission/sales targets.
  • Coordination and Administration: Liaise with internal teams (marketing, academic) and external partners (universities abroad). Maintain accurate student records and application statuses using CRM or internal systems.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on global education trends, entry requirements, scholarships, and visa regulations for various countries (e.g., UK, US, Canada, Australia, Europe).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree is typically required; a master's degree in education, counseling, or a related field can be advantageous.
  • Experience: Prior experience (typically 1-3 years) in study abroad counseling, (Germany) academic consulting, or a customer-facing role within the education/ed tech industry is often a prerequisite.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory, along with strong presentation and networking abilities.

  • Empathy and patience when dealing with clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer orientation and a sense of ownership/accountability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,338.75 - ₹45,831.80 per month
