Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Admission Officer): Generate admissions through continuous data collection using ATL & BTL marketing strategies (e.g., school seminars, open-town events) Visit schools to meet principals, coordinators, and decision-makers for business development Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, aiming to close admissions and ensure high customer satisfaction Build partnerships with local tuition teachers to create business opportunities Follow internal processes and compliance protocols consistently Requirements for Success: Strong ability to manage customers with patience, empathy, and persuasive selling skills Excellent networking and public speaking skills to conduct seminars and meetings Email writing proficiency and comfort with sales and service software Fluency in both English and regional language Willingness to travel frequently and engage in public presentations
