Generate admissions through ATL and BTL marketing activities like school seminars, open seminars, and events at residential locations Conduct school visits to meet principals, coordinators, and management for business development and lead generation Ensure an excellent customer experience through home visits, counselling students and parents, and closing admissions Liaise with local tuition teachers to identify new business opportunities Maintain strict adherence to internal processes and compliance policies Role Requirements Ability to engage with customers empathetically and patiently Strong sales persuasion and negotiation skills Effective networking and seminar presentation abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office, email communication, and sales-related software Fluent in English and regional language Comfortable with traveling and public speaking for field activities
