Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student admission inquiries, guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, and ensuring smooth enrolments. Key Responsibilities: Handle admission inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Counsel prospective students and parents about academic programs, eligibility, and admission procedures. Maintain and update student databases, leads, and follow-up records. Assist in organising admission events, counseling sessions, and school/college visits. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth admission processing. Achieve admission targets within specified timelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Management/Commerce/Education). Prior experience in counseling/admissions/telecalling will be an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
