Admission Manager (German Process)

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Admission Manager to handle the end-to-end German admissions process for our study abroad division. This role requires someone who can independently manage student counselling, application preparation, and visa filing while ensuring complete guidance and support for students aspiring to study in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive counselling sessions to students and parents regarding education opportunities in Germany.
• Guide students through course, university, and program selection based on their profiles and career goals.
• Independently manage the end-to-end application process including:
• Document collection and verification
• Application form filling and submission
• SOP/LOR guidance and documentation support
• Assist students with university correspondence, admission offers, and interview preparation (if applicable).
• Provide complete support in visa documentation, appointment scheduling, and filing for German student visas.
• Stay updated on German university admission requirements, deadlines, and visa policies.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and follow-ups for each student.
• Deliver a seamless and positive student experience from counselling to departure.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 months – Maximum 1 year in admissions, counselling, or education industry (German process preferred).
• Strong knowledge of German universities, admission procedures, and visa filing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to counsel students effectively.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple student applications simultaneously.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google tools, CRM usage).
