IELTS Trainer

Z1 Study Abroad is seeking an enthusiastic and committed IELTS Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of the IELTS exam and at least 1 to 2 years of experience in training students. Flexibility with timing and a student-centric approach are essential. Candidates who are also capable of training students in other test prep programs (such as PTE, TOEFL, OET, or SAT) will be considered with added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions for IELTS (Academic & General) – Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
• Assess student performance, identify problem areas, and provide personalized feedback.
• Create lesson plans tailored to students’ needs and current skill levels.
• Conduct regular mock tests and maintain records of student progress.
• Stay current with IELTS exam updates, patterns, and band descriptors.
• Assist students in exam strategy, registration guidance, and study planning.
• If capable, handle training for additional exams like PTE, TOEFL, OET, or SAT.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in IELTS or English language training.
• Excellent command over spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working flexible hours (including evenings/weekends, if required).
• Familiarity with virtual training tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and LMS platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IELTS Band Score of 7.5 or above (if applicable).
• Ability to teach other test prep courses such as PTE, TOEFL, OET, or SAT (added advantage).
• Prior experience in both online and offline training modes.
• Basic content creation skills for teaching materials and assessments.
