Job Description

Job Title: Admission Incharge

The Admission Incharge is pivotal in managing and streamlining the student admissions process. This role involves overseeing inquiries, guiding prospective families through the admission journey, ensuring compliance with CBSE guidelines, and collaborating with various departments to meet enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Admissions Process Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits.
  • Guide families through application procedures, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure all admissions align with CBSE norms and school policies.

2. Communication and Engagement

  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with prospective parents and students.
  • Conduct school tours, showcasing facilities and academic programs.
  • Organize and participate in open houses and orientation sessions.

3. Data and Record Management

  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrollments using the school's database systems.
  • Generate reports on admissions metrics for analysis and strategic planning.

4. Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department for promotional events and campaigns.

5. Compliance and Standards

  • Ensure adherence to CBSE guidelines and local educational regulations.
  • Stay updated with changes in admission policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in admissions, customer service, or a related role, preferably within an educational institution.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with admission management software.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Work Schedule

  • Hours: Aligned with school operational hours, with flexibility during peak admission periods.
  • Location: On-site at the school premises.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
