Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience. Key responsibilities include conducting school tours, managing admission documentation, evaluating applications, and collaborating with various departments to support enrollment objectives. The role also involves engaging with parents and students to address their concerns, organizing orientation sessions, and maintaining strong relationships to promote the school’s ethos and programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and supportive admissions experience.
• Sales proficiency to promote the institution and articulate the value of VIBGYOR's programs to potential stakeholders.
• Background in Education or experience in an educational environment will be highly advantageous.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in a related field.
• Enthusiasm for education and a commitment to fostering student development.
