Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, counselling them about Veranda Learning’s programs, and helping them make informed decisions to enrol in the right course.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with potential students.
• Understand students' needs and suggest suitable programs accordingly.
• Counsel students and parents about Veranda Learning’s courses, curriculum, career paths, and benefits.
• Convert inquiries into enrolments and meet assigned sales/admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM tools.
• Participate in webinars, seminars, and walk-in counselling sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for lead generation and student engagement.
• Provide support during student onboarding and orientation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Management background preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in counselling, academic advising, or sales (edtech experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and [local language, if applicable].

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the education or edtech industry.
• Ability to understand and explain technical and non-technical course content.
• High level of enthusiasm and customer-centric attitude.

Pay: ₹12,674.69 - ₹30,864.66 per month
