Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic and academic leadership to the department. Oversee curriculum design, review, and implementation aligned with current industry trends and academic standards. Mentor and manage faculty members, promote research activities, and encourage professional development. Monitor and ensure academic quality, including student progress and faculty performance. Collaborate with other departments and administrative bodies for institutional development. Organize guest lectures, seminars, workshops, and industry interaction programs. Foster a research-driven environment and encourage grant proposal writing. Ensure compliance with university, UGC, and NAAC accreditation standards. Required Qualifications and Skills: Ph.D. in Computer Science from a recognized university. Minimum 5 years of teaching and/or academic administrative experience in a reputed institution. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of academic excellence, publications, and research. Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory processes (NAAC, AICTE, etc.) is a plus. Ability to manage faculty teams and student affairs effectively.
