Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, engaging, and updated information about UG and PG programs, including eligibility criteria, curriculum details, and career opportunities.
• Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and chat to understand their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
• Offer personalized counseling sessions to assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs aligned with their goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the admission process—offering continuous support, reminders, and motivation until successful enrollment.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets while maintaining high standards of service quality and student satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions, progress, and follow-ups using the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive student experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any Graduation or Post Graduation degree.
• 0–2 years of experience. (Prior experience in admissions, academic counseling, customer engagement, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory.)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with an empathetic, student-centered approach.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
