Admission Counselor

Job Title:Admission Counselor Location:Pune Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree (any stream) Experience:2–4 years (preferably in EdTech / Education / Counseling / Inside Sales) Salary Range:₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month Job Description:Roles & Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound student/parent inquiries related to admissions and course offerings. Counsel students and parents on suitable programs based on their academic background and career aspirations. Provide complete information on courses, admission process, fees, and policies. Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and relationship-building. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure enrolments. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems. Participate in seminars, webinars, or workshops as part of student engagement. Key Skills Required:Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to counsel and guide students effectively. Prior experience in EdTech / counseling / inside sales preferred. Goal-oriented with ability to meet and exceed targets. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
