Application Support – Help students complete application forms and gather required documents. Information Provider – Explain program details, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and campus facilities. Follow-up – Stay in touch with potential students and follow up until admission is confirmed. Career Counseling (optional) – Advise on career paths linked to different courses. Coordination – Work with academic departments and administrative teams. Data Management – Maintain records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
