Admission Counselor

The Admissions and Outreach Manager is responsible for driving enrollment

growth and building strong relationships with parents and the wider community.

This role involves creating and implementing strategies to attract prospective

families, ensuring a seamless admissions process, and representing the

preschool in various outreach and promotional activities.

The Admission and Outreach Manager provides support to the Centre Head

of the Maple Bear School with administrative matters and school operations

ensuring compliance with standards, policies and curriculum.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Admissions Management

• Act as the primary liaison for prospective families, offering comprehensive

information about Maple Bear's philosophy, curriculum, and facilities.

• Oversee the entire admissions process, including inquiries, tours, interviews,

and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless journey from interest to enrollment.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of prospective and enrolled families

within the admissions database.

• Evaluate enrollment trends and prepare regular reports on key admissions

metrics, such as conversion rates and enrollment projections.

Marketing & Outreach

• Design and implement targeted outreach initiatives to attract prospective

families through digital marketing, direct mail campaigns, and local

partnerships.

• Organize and lead open houses, school tours, and community events to

highlight the preschools unique offerings.

• Build strong connections with local businesses, organizations, and parent

groups to enhance the school's visibility.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging materials, including

brochures, newsletters, and web content.

Parent Engagement

• Provide tailored support to prospective families, addressing their questions

and concerns to create a welcoming experience.

• Facilitate orientation sessions and onboarding activities to help new families

integrate into the Maple Bear community.

• Serve as a bridge between parents and the school, fostering trust and

nurturing long-term relationships.
