Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor, based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information on educational programs, and offering assistance with the application process. Other day-to-day tasks include managing inquiries, conducting information sessions, maintaining student records, and participating in recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Knowledge in the field of Education
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in academic counseling or admissions is a plus
