Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Faridabad. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, answering inquiries, providing information about programs, and assisting with application procedures. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with departments for student support, conducting interviews, and representing The Narayana Group at educational fairs and events. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to the admissions team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Customer service experience and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Knowledge of the admissions process and educational programs
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
