Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, eligibility, and admission requirements
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
Guide applicants through the application, documentation, and enrollment process
Review and verify admission applications and supporting documents
Conduct campus tours, information sessions, and orientation programs
Maintain accurate student records and update admission databases
Follow up with applicants to ensure completion of admission requirements
Meet enrollment targets while maintaining ethical admission practices
Collaborate with academic departments, finance, and administration teams
Participate in school fairs, open houses, and outreach activities

Preferred candidate profile

Post Graduate degree (Masters degree preferred in education, counseling, or related field)
Excellent communication, Convincing and interpersonal skills
Strong counseling and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
Proficiency in MS Office and student management systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
