Senior Admission Counsellor


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students via

    inbound lead follow-ups

    through calls (leads provided).
  • Drive conversions through

    outbound calls

    , understanding prospects’ needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Explain educational programs and services

    clearly and effectively.
  • Conduct

    online demos

    and counseling sessions to recommend appropriate education plans.
  • Leverage

    product knowledge

    to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Build rapport with leads using

    excellent listening, soft skills, and presentation abilities

  • Consistently

    close sales

    and

    achieve monthly admission targets

  • Maintain CRM records

    to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead tracking and follow-ups.
  • Share

    weekly performance reports

    including sales targets, progress, and challenges with management.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure

    continued satisfaction and referrals

  • Attend regular

    training sessions

    to stay informed about new programs and industry updates.

  • Requirements:

    • 2–4 years

      of proven experience in

      admission counseling or outbound sales

    • Excellent
