Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to prospective students, assisting in the admissions process, and guiding students in selecting appropriate educational programs. Day-to-day tasks will include fostering positive communication with students, addressing inquiries, and maintaining an organized admissions workflow to achieve enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to build relationships with prospective students.
• Customer service and sales experience to effectively engage and assist individuals considering educational opportunities.
• Knowledge or experience in the education sector to provide informed guidance on educational programs.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to manage admissions processes is a plus.
