Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Business Development Associate. The role involves conducting market research, identifying potential leads, creating and delivering impactful presentations, and fostering client relationships. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends to develop strategies for business growth and collaborating with internal teams to track performance and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create impactful Presentations.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience with CRM tools and business analysis methods is an advantage.
