Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor, located in Indore. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective students through the admission process, providing information on the institution, its programs, and policies. Responsibilities include engaging with students and their families, addressing inquiries, assisting with applications, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students. The role also involves representing the institution at events, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to interact effectively with students and their families
• Strong Customer Service and Sales abilities with a student-centric approach
• Familiarity with the Education sector, including knowledge of educational programs and services
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline is required; additional certifications in counseling or education are advantageous
